The service
Webnua is a done-for-you service that builds and hosts your website and, where you opt in, plans and runs digital marketing (SEO, social and Meta advertising) on your behalf. Some work is produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed by our team before publishing.
Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must own or be authorised to use the business details, content and connected accounts you give us.
Fees & advertising spend
- Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown at sign-up. Add-ons are billed as selected.
- Advertising spend is separate. When we run ads, Meta charges the ad spend directly to the payment method on your own Meta ad account. Webnua’s fee is for management only and does not include ad spend.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Authorisation to act on your behalf
When you connect Meta or Google and choose an ad account and Page, you authorise Webnua to manage them on your behalf — including creating, editing, pausing and optimising campaigns, and adding Webnua’s Business Manager as a partner. You can withdraw this authorisation at any time by disconnecting in your dashboard or revoking access from the platform, and by cancelling the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Webnua for unlawful, misleading, or prohibited activity, and to comply with the policies of connected platforms (including Meta’s Advertising Standards and Page policies). We may decline or pause work that would breach those policies.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation we stop managing your campaigns and you can disconnect your accounts. You can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
No guarantee of results
We work to deliver quality websites and cost-effective campaigns, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or advertising outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control (including platform behaviour and market conditions).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webnua is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
