Webnua (“Webnua”, “we”, “us”) provides a done-for-you website and digital-marketing service for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control or delete it. Questions: support@webnua.com.
Who this policy is for
It covers our customers (business owners who sign up for Webnua) and the data we process on their behalf to run their websites and marketing. If you submitted an enquiry to one of our customers’ ads or websites, that customer is the controller of your enquiry; we process it for them.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and login details.
- Business information — your business name, trade, service area, services, prices, reviews and other content you provide or approve for your website and campaigns.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Connected-platform data — when you connect Meta or Google, the data described below.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) data
With your explicit permission, Webnua connects to your Meta (Facebook) account so our team can run and manage advertising for you. We request only the access needed to deliver the service:

You choose exactly which ad account and Page Webnua manages, and we record your consent at that step. Ad spend is billed by Meta directly to your own payment method; Webnua’s fee is for management. We do not sellMeta data, and we use it only to provide the service to you. You can revoke our access at any time from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites) or by contacting us.
Google data
If you connect Google (e.g. Google Business Profile), we access only what is needed to manage your profile and read performance, under the permissions you grant, and we use it solely to deliver the service. You can revoke access at any time.
How we use your information
- To build, host and maintain your website.
- To plan, create, publish and optimise marketing campaigns and content on your behalf.
- To route enquiries (leads) into your customer list and inbox.
- To process payments, provide support, and keep the service secure.
- To communicate with you about your account and service.
Service providers we share data with
We use trusted processors to run the service, each handling only what they need:
- Meta and Google — advertising and business-profile platforms (per the permissions above).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database and secure storage (connected-platform tokens are encrypted at rest).
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Resend — transactional email.
- AI providers (e.g. Anthropic) — to generate draft content and creatives, which our team reviews before anything is published.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@webnua.com. If you remove Webnua from your Facebook account, Meta notifies us automatically and we revoke our access and delete the associated connection and stored tokens. You can check the status of a deletion request via the link Meta provides, served at /data-deletion.
Security
Access tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest and used only by our secure server processes. We apply access controls and industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact support@webnua.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
